Explosive plyometrics and S.I.T Intervals were used to elevate strength and cardiovascular response over a 4 week period. Training was twice weekly and V02max testing and peak flow testing were recorded for evaluation. Speed, agility and quickness were also incorporated into the training for the North London Fighters as were Kettlebell exercises and drills.
The schedule was hard and aggressive from the North London Trainer Paul Fallows.
