I have been lucky to start working with KO Gym North London to prepare several fighters for future competitions. Current fighters training are pictured below. Our main contender is Piotor, which we are preparing for Cage Rage. His training has been hard and exhausting but benefits have included V02 max increases and PEF lung function.
Methods of conditioning have been simple but very effective. Tabata training has been the method of choice which has shown most changes is the athletes all round conditioning.
Sessions have included Personal Training and Group Training in the North London Gym, combining Intense intervals with compound exercises utilizing Kettlebells and Olympic lifting drills for power and speed endurance.
